Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Onsite)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Sanford, NC. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to bring the right talent on board.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Avature).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and adaptability skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Avature or similar applicant tracking systems.
