Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

Join the Supply group at Anheuser‑Busch, supporting the brewing, packaging and shipping of iconic beer brands. The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures product quality through laboratory testing, data analysis and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced brewery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run routine analytical analyses on beer samples, including pH, alcohol, sodium and iron.
• Test packaged beer for oxygen, carbon dioxide, fill level and verify package integrity.
• Conduct pasteurizer performance checks and perform statistical studies to improve quality.
• Coordinate quality analyses, ensure accurate results, timely completion and proper reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a science‑intensive discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology).
• Ability to operate laboratory instruments and perform basic maintenance.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety, sanitation, procedures and techniques.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
