Property Management Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for someone with a genuine desire to grow in property management operations — not just fill a role, but build one. This position is central to onboarding properties, maintaining compliance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring owners are paid accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the intake process for new properties, including AppFolio setup, owner onboarding, move‑in inspections and documentation to ensure compliance before activation.
• Monitor portfolio‑wide compliance with ARLTA, Fair Housing, habitability standards and lease integrity, proactively closing gaps and flagging risks.
• Oversee vendor credentialing, licensing, insurance, work authorizations and performance across three counties, reviewing invoices for accuracy before payment.
• Review owner disbursements for accuracy, coordinate with accounting on discrepancies, and serve as the operational point of contact for owner payment questions.

Required profile

• Active Arizona Real Estate License (required).
• 2+ years residential property management experience.
• Working knowledge of ARLTA, Fair Housing and Arizona landlord‑tenant law.
• Proficiency with property management software, preferably AppFolio.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
• Desire to grow, take ownership and build a career in property management operations.
