Project Superintendent – Construction Supervision

About the role

Kiewit Building Group is expanding its team of senior superintendents to oversee a growing portfolio of advanced‑technology and industrial EPC construction projects across the United States. The Project Superintendent will lead on‑site execution, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating multiple trades and disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of work for safety, quality, and productivity with subcontractors and trade partners.
• Ensure proper planning, communication, and coordination across all operations under your supervision.
• Identify and resolve on‑site problems promptly.
• Establish and monitor budgetary guidelines and cost‑control measures.
• Provide job‑site safety training and promote safety awareness for all personnel.
• Set and enforce quality standards to meet company and client requirements.
• Develop and manage job schedules (three‑week, 90‑day, man‑loading) and coordinate with other crafts, departments, contractors, and suppliers.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience supervising industrial building and EPC projects.
• Background in one or more disciplines such as Electrical, MEP, Civil, or Structural.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale construction sites.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, budgeting, and scheduling processes.
