Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary innovation and improvement projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to defined resource constraints while ensuring strong customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and documentation (SAP routing, approvals, gate reviews).
• Lead remediation efforts to bring products into compliance and coordinate cross‑functional inputs/outputs.
• Develop and apply advanced project management methodologies (PMBOK, SAFe) and estimation techniques.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment, delegating tasks and communicating clearly across all phases.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and senior management.
• Capture and share project knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently with limited supervision.
• Strong judgment in problem‑solving and change initiation.
• Customer‑centric mindset with experience incorporating feedback into project iterations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
