Project Manager (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

About the role

The Bloc is a health‑focused agency seeking a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in delivering client projects. This hybrid role requires two days per week onsite in New York and the remainder remote, supporting digital, print, video, and broadcast initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring briefs are complete before kickoff.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with account leads.
• Identify and mitigate risks, handle change requests, and resolve conflicts calmly.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third‑party stakeholders to meet client and financial requirements.
• Oversee project financials, perform weekly reviews, and support monthly forecasting.
• Enforce project management methodology and internal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience managing complex broadcast, print, and digital programs.
• Familiarity with pharma or health‑care agency environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Project.
• Experience using project‑management tools such as Workfront and ProofHQ.
