Project Architect / Designer – Cincinnati

About the role

MSA Design is seeking a Project Architect / Designer to join its downtown Cincinnati studio. The role works directly with the Director of Design Strategy and senior design leadership to drive design excellence across a diverse portfolio of legacy and contemporary projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior design leadership to develop and advance design concepts, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for each project.
• Participate in project design and production teams, producing construction documents and presentation materials using Revit/BIM and advanced visualization tools.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of architectural experience and a professional license (or actively pursuing licensure).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated integrity, strong client‑relationship skills, and a collaborative, self‑starting attitude.
• Authorized to work full‑time in the United States.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit/BIM.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
• Knowledge of sustainability certifications such as LEED AP, BD+C, and WELL.
