Programs Assistant (Part-Time)

About the role

The Easton Salt Lake Archery Center is seeking a part‑time Programs Assistant to run entry‑level archery programs and support center events. You will help create a fun, community‑focused environment while learning the sport of archery.

Key responsibilities

• Run entry‑level archery programs, coach beginners and maintain equipment.
• Track program engagement and assist with group event execution.
• Develop, set up, and break down center events, including tournament judging and scoring.
• Handle event registration, payment processing, outreach, and marketing.
• Assist with upkeep, maintenance, and organization of archery equipment.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to obtain Level 2 USA Archery instructor and judging certifications (training provided).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and lift up to 50 lb.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable attendance.
• Comfortable working with children, adults and individuals with special needs.

Required skills

• Operate common power and hand tools safely.
• Archery instruction and basic coaching.
