Program/Event Coordinator – East Coast

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Coordinator to manage logistics for pharmaceutical educational programs on the East Coast. The role blends event planning, budget oversight, and stakeholder communication in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage promotional educational programs in Veeva’s proprietary database.
• Assist customer representatives with program budgeting and ensure compliance with business rules.
• Select and confirm venues, menus, audiovisual services, and transportation.
• Coordinate payments with venues, caterers, and other vendors.
• Maintain daily communication with sales representatives and faculty.
• Review venue contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all event materials are complete and accurate.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality, pharmaceutical, medical industry, or customer service.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional oral and written communication skills for high phone and email volume.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
