Program Manager, MSP Workforce Solutions

About the role

The Program Manager is responsible for expanding, growing, and diversifying service offerings for the client while translating strategic direction into day‑to‑day program operations. This role also champions Impellam’s culture of collaboration, inclusion, and safety, ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and MRA data to identify requisition fulfillment challenges and provide recommendations.
• Provide client decision support on worker classification and supplier optimization, including contract terminations when needed.
• Deliver supplier scorecards, manage corrective actions or probation for contract violations, and assist in supplier qualification and negotiations.
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities, and coach both internal teams and suppliers.
• Interpret data with market context for client review and recommend best practices for program or system enhancements.
• Develop and manage projects aimed at program and team development, ensuring workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Required profile

• Deep market knowledge of talent trends and ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Experience managing a $30 million contingent portfolio, preferably across Canada and the United States.
