Program Manager, Customer Office of the CEO

About the role

As a Program Manager in Google Cloud’s Customer Office of the CEO, you will operate at the heart of high‑visibility executive interactions. The role combines operational leadership for a new customer‑engagement function supporting the COO with the delivery of complex field‑visit programs for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage the customer‑engagement function for the Chief Operating Officer.
• Provide operational and programmatic support for complex field visits involving multiple executive principals.
• Develop and maintain the playbook for the Customer Office, ensuring repeatable processes and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate logistics, stakeholder communication, and cross‑functional alignment across Google Cloud leadership.
• Act as a trusted partner to executive assistants, sales leaders, and other senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, executive support, or sales operations.
• Proven ability to manage logistics and multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Experience in process improvement and documentation with a systems‑oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated capacity to operate under pressure, anticipate needs, and communicate clearly.
