Program Coordinator (Instructional Development)

About the role

The Program Coordinator will support the Instructional Development team at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. This role focuses on organizing, tracking, and delivering educational programs that enhance faculty teaching and student learning across the health sciences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of instructional development projects and workshops.
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to align program goals with institutional priorities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for stakeholders.
• Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, health sciences, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
