Product Operations Manager, Embedded

About the role

Anthropic is looking for Product Operations Managers to embed within its core product teams. The role focuses on ensuring that AI models and related features are launched smoothly, gathering user feedback, and operating the team’s internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own launch readiness, maintain the launch calendar, and secure all required go/no‑go sign‑offs (security, legal, commercial, etc.).
• Run early‑access and beta programs, define evaluation questions, and conduct retrospectives to turn feedback into actionable insights.
• Program‑manage new model launches, track testing and evaluation coverage, triage issues, and coordinate prompting changes.
• Translate user noise into clear signals, rank impact, and map requests to the product roadmap.
• Integrate the team with Anthropic’s shared feedback systems and ensure cross‑functional visibility of outcomes.
• Set the team’s operating rhythm, including planning, reviews, goal tracking, and coordination with Legal, Safeguards, Security, GTM, and other product groups.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product operations, launch management, or similar cross‑functional roles.
• Strong ability to coordinate with research, product, legal, and security stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving AI environment and handling multiple concurrent programs.
