Product Marketing Manager, Knowledge Work - Core Products

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape the positioning and storytelling for Claude’s core knowledge‑work products, including Chat, Cowork, and the broader non‑coding suite. You will craft the narrative that helps millions of knowledge workers and their buyers understand and adopt AI collaboration at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the positioning and messaging framework for Claude’s core knowledge‑work products.
• Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, battlecards, and objection‑handling guides.
• Develop proof points, comparative analyses, and buyer narratives that support economic decision‑making.
• Own the full suite of product marketing deliverables—from positioning documents to persona narratives—ensuring consistency across all customer‑facing content.
• Leverage Claude and AI‑native workflows to keep marketing assets up‑to‑date and trusted by cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning the end‑to‑end product marketing stack for a large, fast‑evolving, widely‑used product.
• Ability to turn individual PMM workflows into scalable systems rather than one‑off documents.
• Exceptional writing skills that can influence both buyers and end users at a massive scale.
• Self‑starter who thrives in an individual‑contributor role while collaborating closely with GTM teams.
