About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager to lead the ideation and deployment of new AI models and products within its Research team. You will bridge cutting‑edge research with real‑world applications, turning advanced AI capabilities into valuable, safe solutions for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for frontier AI technologies.
• Partner with research teams to improve and ship model capabilities.
• Identify nascent research that can become transformative products.
• Synthesize user insights into actionable product requirements.
• Monitor the AI landscape to maintain an objective market view.
• Collaborate with research, product engineering, and platform engineering stakeholders.

• Strong technical background with a data‑driven mindset.
• Proven ability to launch ambitious products with commercial impact.
