Product Manager – Innovative Applications

About the role

Veeva Labs builds innovative applications for internal use and for Veeva customers, turning strategic needs into high‑quality software solutions. This position focuses on designing and delivering features that delight users while pioneering new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design innovative product features across domains and business processes
• Author high‑quality design specifications within an agile methodology
• Prioritize feature development based on strategic initiatives, customer requirements, and internal technical needs
• Interact with customers, services, market owners, and sales to understand business needs
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure high‑quality product feature implementation

Required profile

• 5+ years in a business analyst or product management role
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with little direct supervision
• Strong analytic skills: develop and test hypotheses from user behavior and data
• Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and formal presentation
• Technical aptitude to translate business requirements into developer‑friendly terms
