Product Manager, Growth

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager, Growth to accelerate the adoption and revenue of Claude, its AI assistant. The role will own the end‑to‑end growth funnel—acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation—while upholding the company’s safety‑first ethos. You will partner with engineers, designers, marketers and data scientists to launch high‑impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a growth‑focused product strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation.
• Lead ideation, development and launch of features that drive user growth across Claude’s product suite.
• Analyse product metrics, run A/B tests and synthesize user feedback to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing teams to deliver high‑impact growth experiments.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Set, track and report on key performance indicators for growth initiatives.
• Balance rapid iteration with Anthropic’s commitment to AI safety and ethics.

Required profile

• Strong analytical background with experience in A/B testing and funnel optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Passion for AI technology and its societal impact.
• Technical background or demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• 6‑10 years of product‑management experience, primarily in growth‑focused, mass‑scale B2C or subscription products (preferred).
