Product Manager – Claude Tag

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Product Manager to own the growth of Claude Tag, an AI‑powered collaborative agent that lives inside workplace tools. You will expand Claude Tag beyond Slack, shaping its interaction model, onboarding experience, and partner integrations while working closely with customers, engineers, and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and adapt Claude Tag’s core interaction paradigm for each new collaboration surface.
• Lead the strategy and roadmap for launching Claude Tag on platforms beyond Slack.
• Manage external partnerships from initial talks through shipped integrations.
• Drive adoption from early design partners to large‑scale rollouts at enterprise customers.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent product‑direction experience.
• Proven track record shipping platform integrations or ecosystem products and managing partner relationships.
• Strong instincts for multiplayer and collaborative product design.
• Ability to understand AI model capabilities and work fluently with engineering teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a talent for bringing structure to uncertain problems.
• Creative, hacker mindset with a passion for solving puzzles.
