Product Manager, Agent Data Platform

As the Product Manager for the Agent Data Platform, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of this enterprise‑grade offering.

Key responsibilities

• Bring enterprise‑grade AI agents to market, turning the company’s vision into a tangible product.
• Understand and solve for multiple stakeholder needs, including end‑users, CX managers, and developers.
• Innovate new tools and processes for building AI agents, shaping the next generation of AI‑driven experiences.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, leadership, and go‑to‑market teams to create a seamless experience.
• Advise customers as a trusted strategic partner alongside sales and deployment teams.
• Own the product end‑to‑end, guiding it from concept through launch and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading products from ideation to launch in product, engineering, or related fields.
• Curiosity and passion for deeply understanding user needs and building 0‑1 solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with engineering, design, customers, and leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication to articulate complex problems and decisions.
• Alignment with company values and culture.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced startup environment.
