Product Engineer – UI/UX Frontend for AI Agents

About the role

You will design and build the interfaces that make AI agents usable for finance and operations teams. This design‑focused frontend role puts craft and user experience at its core, and you will own both visual and interaction design while delivering production‑ready code.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build interfaces that make agent operations transparent and controllable.
• Create new interaction patterns for real‑time AI workflows, verification systems, and human‑in‑the‑loop feedback.
• Prototype and iterate rapidly on new interface concepts.
• Work directly with customers to test designs, observe usage, and refine based on real feedback.
• Design information hierarchies that surface the right data at the right time.
• Establish design standards and documentation to help the team ship consistent, high‑quality interfaces at scale.

Required profile

• Product thinking about user experience, with a track record of designing, testing, and iterating features.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems, understanding component architecture, tokens, and consistency.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with function, prioritising usability, performance, and timely delivery.
• Frontend development experience with React and TypeScript, capable of implementing designs in production‑quality code.
• CS degree or equivalent experience; we value what you have built over formal credentials.
