Product Designer

About the role

Meta is looking for a Product Designer to shape innovative experiences for billions of users across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Workplace, Meta Quest and more. You will work within multidisciplinary design teams, turning broad concepts into usable, high‑quality interfaces that power community building and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Transform broad, conceptual ideas into valuable product experiences for over 2 billion users.
• Design flows and interfaces that simplify complex actions into intuitive interactions.
• Create new layouts and visual systems that evolve Meta’s product family.
• Contribute to strategic decisions on the future direction of Facebook‑related products.
• Provide and solicit feedback from designers, product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists.
• Represent design work to broader product teams and leadership, communicating goals clearly.

Required profile

• 4+ years designing complex software products with a focus on user experience, interaction, and visual design.
• Experience conducting advanced usability testing and gathering stakeholder feedback to inform strategy.
• Proven ability to develop and implement design strategies, lead design efforts and present to executive‑level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and creating high‑fidelity prototypes that communicate design concepts.
