Product Designer – AI Collaboration Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to reimagine how humans collaborate with AI. You will shape the interfaces that make building and working with AI assistants feel as natural as a conversation with a colleague. As an early team member you will have a direct impact on product direction and report to the CEO and Head of Product.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user flows for AI agent creation, from natural‑language input to deployment.
• Craft experiences across mobile, desktop, and responsive web platforms.
• Develop interaction patterns that provide real‑time feedback while keeping underlying mechanics unobtrusive.
• Build and maintain a cohesive design system for rapidly evolving product surfaces.
• Prototype novel interfaces using live AI models and validate decisions with real users.
• Partner with engineering to ensure designs scale beautifully.
• Conduct user research to uncover unmet needs and opportunities.
• Design progressive disclosure to reveal complexity only when needed.
• Create motion and micro‑interactions that make synchronous and asynchronous AI processes feel responsive.
• Influence product strategy through design exploration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience operating at senior, staff, or principal level.
• Proven ability to design complex products that achieve both usability and adoption goals.
• Strong focus on user delight while navigating technical complexity.
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and product leaders.
