Private Equity Engagement Lead

About the role

Brain Co. is building AI‑native operating systems for large, regulated institutions. The Private Equity Engagement Lead will drive AI diligence for target companies, translate technical insights into investment recommendations, and support private‑equity sponsors throughout the deal process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dive assessments of target companies’ AI strategies, data infrastructure, and technical maturity.
• Synthesize findings into clear, business‑oriented insights on opportunities, risks, and value‑creation potential.
• Partner with engagement leads to manage private‑equity and corporate sponsor relationships, preparing materials and client‑facing deliverables.
• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into actionable recommendations for investment committees and portfolio executives.
• Collaborate on value‑creation plans with senior team members and portfolio companies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in AI/ML diligence, private‑equity or strategic consulting.
• Strong client‑management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business strategy for senior decision‑makers.
