Principal Product Manager, Consumer Digital Experience

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the consumer engagement and personalization agenda across all digital touchpoints worldwide. This senior individual contributor role will shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Consumer Domain, ensuring every consumer receives the right message on the right channel at the right moment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current digital communication channels and personalization capabilities across global markets.
• Develop an evidence‑based view of strengths, gaps, and high‑impact opportunities.
• Define a multi‑year vision and prioritized roadmap for consumer engagement and personalization.
• Make build‑vs‑buy‑vs‑partner recommendations for platform and infrastructure decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing/CRM, legal/privacy, and regional teams to translate recommendations into detailed requirements.
• Partner with Directors and VPs to align the domain strategy with broader consumer experience goals.

Required profile

• Senior product management experience, preferably in consumer‑facing digital products.
• Proven ability to lead outcomes end‑to‑end without direct team management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional, global teams.
