Pricing Operations Senior Analyst

About the role

ServiceNow is looking for a Pricing Operations Senior Analyst to own the end‑to‑end rollout of pricing and packaging for major product releases. You will translate pricing strategy into operational execution, partnering with Business Units, Product Readiness, CRM, and Sales Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day pricing operations, including intake, prioritization, and execution of pricing change requests.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the field on pricing models, product configuration, programs, and policies.
• Recommend and implement improvements to pricing frameworks, processes, and governance to boost sales velocity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Product teams to ensure compliance with global pricing policies.
• Own pricing and portfolio review documentation, keeping policies current and accessible.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in pricing operations, revenue management, or related project‑management roles.
• Strong ability to absorb technical product details and translate them into pricing solutions.
• Excellent understanding of cloud go‑to‑market business models and business‑process management best practices.
• Proven track record of managing price portfolios to meet financial targets.
• Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with dashboarding tools such as PowerBI or Qlik.
• Familiarity with CPQ systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
