Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Pre‑Litigation Personal Injury Case Manager to support a growing legal practice. Working remotely for a US‑based employer, you will coordinate all pre‑litigation activities, ensuring cases move forward efficiently while maintaining clear communication with clients, attorneys, insurers and medical providers.

Key responsibilities

• Update and file all case documentation accurately.
• Track case progress, follow up on outstanding items and calendar critical deadlines.
• Gather medical records and supporting documentation.
• Manage personal injury cases during the pre‑litigation phase.
• Coordinate communication among clients, medical providers, insurers and attorneys.
• Upload and maintain medical information in the firm’s systems.
• Prepare and send letters of representation.
• Conduct client intake and collect necessary case information.
• Support attorneys with administrative case‑related tasks.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience as a legal case manager, preferably in personal injury.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑driven, reliable work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Professional client service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficient use of a computer (laptop/PC) with reliable internet connection.
