About the role
The Ferris lab at Saint Louis University seeks a full‑time Postdoctoral Fellow to advance research in tumor immunology and autoimmunity. You will investigate dendritic cell‑driven T‑cell responses, aiming to uncover novel therapeutic strategies that improve patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, execute, and manage independent research projects.
- Communicate findings openly with the principal investigator and lab members.
- Collaborate with other laboratory groups and support their experiments.
- Critically review relevant scientific literature.
- Prepare manuscripts and grant applications.
Required profile
- PhD in a biological discipline.
- First‑author publication record in peer‑reviewed journals.
- Strong background in immunology.
- Experience analyzing sequencing data sets.
Required skills
- Proficiency in R programming.
- Sequencing data analysis.
