About the role

Ochsner Lafayette General is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Adult Reconstruction Surgeon to join a rapidly expanding, high‑volume practice. The position offers a supportive environment with strong referral networks and immediate block time.

Key responsibilities

• Perform adult reconstruction orthopedic surgeries, including total joint procedures, in a state‑of‑the‑art operating suite.
• Teach and collaborate with residents, contributing to the academic mission of the institution.

Required profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Adult Reconstruction.
• Open to both experienced surgeons and recent graduates looking to build a thriving practice.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MAKOS technology for total joint procedures.
• Experience using the EPIC electronic medical record platform.
