About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join its inpatient rehabilitation facility in Lacombe, Louisiana. The Northshore Rehabilitation Hospital, operated by Select Medical, provides 30 inpatient beds and a multidisciplinary team dedicated to restoring function for patients with complex conditions.

Key responsibilities

Provide long‑term acuity care and inpatient rehabilitation to patients in the Northshore Rehabilitation Hospital.
Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4), being available by phone for 7‑10 days per month, including one weekend.

Required profile

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Commit to a full‑time schedule of Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4 pm.
