Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

Alternative Pharmaceutical Solutions, LLC, an authorized Galt Pharmaceuticals partner, is looking for a motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to grow business in the San Antonio, Texas territory. You will develop relationships with healthcare providers and pharmacies, increase product awareness, and drive sales while delivering top‑tier customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales and growth targets.
• Identify and establish new provider and pharmacy accounts.
• Build strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacy partners.
• Analyze territory trends and performance metrics to support growth.
• Utilize CRM and sales reporting tools to manage territory performance.
• Create effective call plans and account strategies.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and manage territory expenses responsibly.
• Educate customers on product offerings and provide value‑added support.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, DME, B2B, or related sales (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
