About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking a per‑diem Emergency Department Paramedic to provide direct patient care across all age groups in the ED. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑focused care while supporting the department’s process‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Perform as a Paramedic in the Emergency Department.
Participate in department‑specific process improvement projects.
Deliver patient‑focused care to neonatal through geriatric populations.
Engage in activities aimed at improving health‑care delivery.
Achieve assigned performance goals.
Maintain current licensure and certifications.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
PHTLS (Pre‑hospital Trauma Life Support) certification.
Valid Arizona EMCT Paramedic certification.
At least one year of experience as a Paramedic.
Preference for previous hospital‑based experience.
