Patient Access Representative – Pulmonary

About the role

Join our team at Kingman Pulmonary Associates as a Patient Access Representative. This administrative role ensures organization and efficiency in the medical office, handling patient registration, benefit verification, discharges, payments, and data entry.

Key responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service completing the registration process for patients, confirming demographics and verifying benefits.
• Schedules, reschedules, and coordinates post‑discharge care, collects copays/payments, balances accounts, and performs general data entry.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or office setting.
