About the role

Helmet House, a leading U.S. distributor of helmets and apparel for the motorcycle and powersports market, is seeking a part‑time Recruiting & HR Specialist. This remote position supports the company’s growth plans by finding and onboarding top talent across the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Post and manage job listings, tracking applicants in Microsoft Dynamics ATS.
• Partner with the HR Manager to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity, communications, and workflow status.

Required profile

• Prior experience in recruiting or HR; powersports industry experience is a plus.
• Understanding of confidentiality and compliance with state and local hiring laws.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment (10‑20 hours per week).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ATS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially strong Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
