Partnerships Business Operations Manager

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Partnerships Business Operations Manager to lead the operational side of its fast‑growing partner program. Reporting to Partner Operations & Systems, you will act as the central hub for partner experience, coordinating with Finance, RevOps, Sales, Enablement, Product and Legal to execute partnership strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intake process for new partner‑related requests, triaging, scoping and prioritising work.
• Design and launch partner operations workflows from concept to production, including documentation and data‑driven iteration.
• Build and maintain AI‑powered automations using Claude, moving prototypes to production and continuously improving them.
• Lead special cross‑functional projects and small teams on priority initiatives.
• Manage registration, referral, incentive, application and onboarding data, ensuring decision‑grade quality.
• Encode program policies into systems, maintain data hygiene and enforce rules.
• Create guidance and enablement material for partners, Partner Managers and Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Enablement, Marketing and Revenue Operations to stay aligned with go‑to‑market goals.
• Define service levels, track volume and cycle‑time metrics, and report on areas for improvement.

Required profile

• 4+ years in management consulting or investment banking, plus 1–3+ years in business, partner or product operations within AI, enterprise software or technology.
• Proven project‑management skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience creating AI workflows with Claude or similar tools at operational scale.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting platforms such as Hex or Looker.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning complex data sets into actionable insights.
