Partner Marketing Manager, Launches

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to own the launch experience of every Claude model and solution across its partner ecosystem. You will be the single‑threaded owner responsible for translating product releases into partner‑focused messaging, assets, and go‑to‑market motions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end partner launch readiness for models, features, and joint solutions, from briefing through go‑live and performance reporting.
• Define and institutionalize the operating model for partner launches, setting standards for what is launch‑ready and how it is shared.
• Brief partner teams under confidentiality, shape positioning on partner surfaces, and orchestrate cross‑functional execution.
• Run the launch playbook, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impact across partner product pages, blogs, and seller enablement materials.
• Build new launch assets and processes that currently do not exist, establishing a center of excellence for partner launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partner or product marketing, especially around launch execution.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to consolidate work and set clear standards.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving environment with accelerating release cadences.
