About the role
Join Santander’s Everett branch as a part‑time teller, providing front‑line banking services to customers. You will be the first point of contact, helping clients with everyday transactions while delivering a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, minimize wait times, and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other banking needs.
- Handle cash accurately, maintain drawer balances, and follow all cash‑handling procedures.
- Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and risk‑management protocols to prevent fraud.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities and refer appropriate products to deepen relationships.
- Educate customers on digital self‑service tools and promote their use.
- Support custodial duties, audits, and other operational tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and may assist nearby branches when required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months cash‑handling experience.
- At least 6 months customer‑service experience.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow procedures.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools and basic computer applications.
- Flexible to work branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
