Part-Time Retail Supervisor – Finger Lakes Premium Outlets

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Supervisor to join our Levi’s® store at Finger Lakes Premium Outlets in Waterloo, NY. In this role you will help create an energetic store environment, support the store manager, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of associates, modeling service standards and providing on‑the‑job training.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while adhering to company policies.
• Assist with cash handling, merchandise receipt, floor set, markdowns and replenishment.
• Participate in new‑hire and ongoing training covering brand culture, product knowledge and loss‑prevention.
• Collaborate with store management to set performance expectations, deliver feedback and drive sales targets.
• Maintain compliance with all Levi’s® store policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising, coaching and training staff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive mindset.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn new tools and adapt to initiatives.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and varied shifts as needed.
