Part Time Operations Supervisor – Retail Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part‑Time Operations Supervisor to join the Cherry Creek store in Denver. You will work closely with the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive shopping atmosphere.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and using ladders.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and develop team members.
• Commitment to follow Levi’s policies, procedures, and directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible retail hours.
• Must be 18 years or older.
