Part-time Maintenance Technician (Seattle)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a part‑time Maintenance Technician for The Waymark property in Seattle. You will join a high‑performing team that values customer service and ensures the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities meet the company’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and work orders, including appliance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins through the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other related duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.

Required profile

• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional manner and dress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
