Part-Time Bank Teller (Holden, MA)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time teller to join our Holden branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with everyday banking needs while delivering a friendly, efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, minimize wait times and address their banking inquiries.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, maintain the cash drawer and perform end‑of‑day balancing.
• Follow all bank policies, compliance and risk‑management procedures.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate products.
• Use digital tools to promote self‑service options.
• Assist with custodial duties, audits and other operational tasks.
• Keep the work area clean and organized; support nearby branches as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months cash‑handling experience.
• At least 6 months customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
