About the role
We are hiring Parking Associates for Frost Fest 2026, the seasonal event running from November 19th through December 27th. In this role you will staff the event’s parking lot, providing friendly service and ensuring vehicles are parked safely and efficiently during busy evenings.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer basic questions, and deliver courteous customer service at the parking entrance.
- Scan, issue, and sell parking tickets using the event’s ticketing system.
- Direct traffic flow and guide drivers to available spaces, maintaining orderly movement.
- Monitor parked vehicles to ensure compliance with event parking rules and safety standards.
What we offer
- Hourly wage of $16.
- Evening shifts from 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Thursday‑Sunday, with additional Monday‑Sunday coverage during the Christmas week.
- Work dates spanning November 19th to December 27th, with the venue closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
