Paraeducator Program Manager (Onsite)

About the role

Kelly Education is seeking an experienced Paraeducator Program Manager to serve as the primary on‑site partner for a school district. The role focuses on leading a large paraeducator workforce that supports special education programs and student outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with district leaders, school administrators and key stakeholders.
• Oversee day‑to‑day management, engagement, performance and retention of paraeducators.
• Conduct workplace observations, provide coaching, complete performance evaluations and address attendance or performance issues.
• Partner with recruiting and talent teams to attract, onboard, train and retain qualified paraeducators.
• Monitor program performance, workforce trends and client needs, using data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage key account duties including client reporting, business reviews, compliance and financial awareness.
• Support special education summer school or Extended School Year (ESY) programs.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce additional Kelly Education solutions.

Required profile

• Experience working in, supporting or partnering with special education programs or environments.
• Background as a special educator, paraeducator, school administrator or related service provider is highly valued.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, supervising or managing a workforce, including providing feedback and handling performance concerns.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer management abilities.
