Outlet Attendant

About the role

The Outlet Attendant is responsible for opening and closing a golf food outlet station, delivering the Discovery Land Company experience to members and employees. This role combines food service, inventory management, and high‑level guest interaction in a resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Keep all outlet stations neat, organized and well stocked.
• Store outlet food according to food safety guidelines and put away deliveries.
• Maintain stock levels at the sales office and fitness areas.
• Take food or beverage orders on the course and relay them to the kitchen when needed.
• Track food items taken from the kitchen on weekly Outlet Tracking Sheets.
• Communicate inventory needs when par levels are low.
• Greet members formally using their surname.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous hospitality or resort experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and customer‑service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate members’ needs.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor and excellent communication.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and stay calm during busy periods.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
