Orthopedic Surgeon - Total Joint Replacement

About the role

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to lead total joint replacement procedures, including the use of advanced robotic technology. The position offers a full‑time, permanent schedule with clinic hours Monday‑Friday, no on‑call duties, and a $50,000 starting bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Perform total joint replacement surgeries, leveraging the newly acquired ROSA Total Knee Replacement Robot.
• Provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care, utilizing arthroscopic techniques whenever possible.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary orthopedic team to deliver high‑quality patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an orthopedic residency and board certification/eligibility (BC/BE).
• Current Arizona medical license.
• Fellowship training in trauma, joints, or sports medicine is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ROSA Total Knee Replacement Robot.
• Experience performing arthroscopic procedures.
