Oracle EBS RICEF Technical Lead Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for an Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) R12 RICEF Technical Lead Consultant to drive end‑to‑end upgrade activities for Oracle EBS versions 12.2.6 to 12.2.14. The role will be performed from anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel to client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle EBS upgrades.
• Develop and maintain customizations using PL/SQL, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and APEX.
• Resolve upgrade issues, create validation scripts, and document lessons learned.
• Support product service requests and functional testing, including defect fixes.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and Oracle support to address patch and integration challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• At least 7 years of IT experience, including a minimum of one full‑cycle Oracle EBS 12.2.xx upgrade.
• U.S. person status as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Oracle EBS R12 (RICEF) technical expertise.
• PL/SQL development.
• Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and APEX.
• Oracle Workflow and BI Publisher (AME Rules).
• Experience with system integrations, batch scheduling, and performance tuning.
