About the role

The Operations Strategy Associate is a generalist position designed for a versatile problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. You will work directly on initiatives that affect customers, product development, and overall business performance while collaborating across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign the outreach process for workplaces to transition from check payments to eCheck, accelerating cash conversion.
• Research, evaluate, and onboard a new vendor that integrates AI agents into customer‑facing workflows.
• Develop an internal predictive analytics model to identify high‑risk payers early and improve collection accuracy.
• Lead a quality task force focused on maintaining top‑tier service for the company’s largest clients.
• Manage a team of operations agents, handling day‑to‑day customer interactions, issue resolution, and process improvement identification.
