Operations & Marketing Associate

About the role

Seneca is looking for an Operations & Marketing Associate to boost its online presence, support customer deployments, and streamline internal processes. The role works cross‑functionally, interacts directly with customers and public‑safety stakeholders, and offers high ownership from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment and demo logistics, including scheduling, travel, equipment, site access, and stakeholder communication.
• Define and execute Seneca’s social‑media strategy on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram to drive industry engagement.
• Learn and support FAA regulatory submissions, drafting and formatting documents for flight‑team approvals.
• Prepare customer‑ready briefings, one‑pagers, and presentations, ensuring high‑quality branding.
• Represent Seneca at field demos, summits, and industry events.
• Collaborate with design to create branded materials and shape video content.
• Tackle emerging problems with a growth mindset and a customer‑first attitude.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional experience in go‑to‑market, consulting, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Political Science, Finance, Public Policy, or a related quantitative‑communication field.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, proactively solve problems, and learn from teammates.
• Excellent written communication adaptable to short scripts and formal regulatory submissions.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
• Fluency with AI workflow tools.
• Customer‑first mindset with willingness to engage directly in the field.
• Fire‑service or wildland‑fire experience and familiarity with related culture.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
