Operations Associate – Part‑Time (Doral, Miami)

About the role

As an Operations Associate you will ensure the smooth and reliable performance of autonomous delivery robots. In this hands‑on, part‑time position you will assist robots in the field, perform light maintenance such as cleaning sensors, and help guarantee safe, on‑time deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots, coordinating responses, and fulfilling orders as business needs arise.
• Assist in deployment processes, including preparation, inspection, cleaning, and placement of robots.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets while providing clear communication and supporting documentation.
• Operate company vehicles safely to move, recover, or reposition robotic units.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to company standards, escalating critical events, and ensuring personal well‑being.
• Manage end‑of‑shift recovery by securing, charging, sanitizing, and accounting for all robotic assets and equipment.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of company‑issued tools, devices, and protective gear.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving mid‑size utility vehicles.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering items up to 50 lb.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers professionally.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to walk or bike several miles per day and work in various weather conditions.
