About the role

Kelly is seeking an On‑Site Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Savannah, GA. You will own the full life‑cycle recruiting process, helping match the right candidates with a variety of industrial and warehouse positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source, attract and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Avature).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a fair, consistent selection process.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in ambiguous or changing situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum two years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Avature applicant tracking system.
