About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Neurologist who specializes in headache management to join its Covington, Louisiana community practice. The position is part of a well‑established neurology group with subspecialists in epilepsy and neuromuscular disorders, and it is affiliated with the main Ochsner campus in New Orleans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general neurology care and specialized headache and facial pain treatment, utilizing the infusion suite and tailored physical therapy services.
• Collaborate with the affiliated Neurohospitalist and Neurocritical Care program and contribute to positive clinical outcomes within a growing neuroscience department.

Required profile

• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Neurologist with a focus on headache management.
• Commitment to high‑quality, compassionate patient care and ability to work in a team‑oriented, multidisciplinary environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Epic electronic medical record platform.
